Journeys for real people

The development journeys are suitable for companies and organisations in every sector as well as for administrations in municipalities and public authorities that are affected by fundamental changes. Our clients are confronted with megatrends that disrupt or massively challenge the
existing business model. In order to remain competitive and future-proof, all people in the organisation must be empowered to master the changes and turn challenges into opportunities. We work with leaders, managers and decision-makers who want this change but do not yet have a clear picture of the goal, implementation, internal communication and employee enablement.

"Ready-to-ride"-Journeys

Within three thematic complexes, we offer numerous journeys that have been successfully tested many times. There are three models for their implementation:
1) For the convinced: framework contract with a minimum duration of 12 months.
2) For the undecided: pilots with > 10 employees.
3) For people developers: One-off journeys with > 50 employees.

Customized Journeys

These journeys are as individual as your transformation challenge and are developed together with you and your team. For the co-creation process, we provide a multi-professional project team with a customer success manager and a product developer. It is important to us that the decision-makers are also on board and that the rollout is actively accompanied by internal communication.

CUSTOMIZED JOURNEYS - PROCEDURE IN PHASES

1.
DEFINITION

You have a vision and know where you want to go with your company and which concrete goals you want to achieve. You have clarity about which target group(s) are embarking on a development journey.

2.
CO-CREATION

Together with your project team, we develop one or more development journeys that are precisely aligned with your requirements and the needs of the organisation. All relevant aspects such as didactics, psychology, leadership and organisational culture and customer-specific framework conditions are taken into account. Depending on the size of the target group/s, this process can take four to eight weeks. The rollout only starts when all participants are 100% satisfied.

3.
ROLLOUT

The journey begins. The focus is on a combination of personal 1:1 check-ins and gamification-onthe-
job challenges called quests. The organisational learning experience can be intensified through group elements. The duration per participant is between 8 and 12 weeks. The rollout can be carried out in several waves and is possible across locations, internationally and across departmental boundaries.

4.
EVALUATION

The constant quality assurance of the development journeys is our claim. To this end, we measure
the development of the participants directly with our clients as well as on an anonymous metalevel
that complies with data protection regulations. The evaluation procedure developed specifically for this purpose was found to be "very good" within the scope of a system accreditation by an external evaluation institute and is also regularly checked within the scope of audits.

5.
SCALING

After successful completion, many organisations decide to extend the validated concept to other target groups or subject areas. In doing so, either the co-creation process is started again or a Ready-to-Ride-Journey is resorted to on the basis of the knowledge already gained.
